Meet Michelle!

 
Oh hello! I'm so excited you chose to stop by!

With decades of life experiences and transitions in motherhood, college degrees + careers, marriage, trauma + grief, and now menopause; I discovered my passion to empower women who encounter these transitions with wellness solutions for a more balanced lifestyle.  

I have 21+ years as a Certified Massage Therapist/Bodyworker, Wellness Coach + Registered Yoga Teacher.   I have years of experience in fitness + nutrition in which I incorporate + educate on clean eating + meal prep, self care with essential oils, breath work, meditation + mindfulness using quality products.   

I live a married life, blessed with two adult children + my cat named Gus!  
I enjoy + strive to be active, adventurous, prayerful + grateful.  I'm the girl to run for fun, live outside in hot summer weather, paddle board, hike, canoe, garden, play board games, read, + learn as a student of life.  

I guide women with wellness solutions customized for their unique lifestyle who choose to grow with grace through the lemons of life.
