about me

With decades of experience in lifestyle roller coasters, I'm basically an expert!  From hustle to burn out, trauma and grief, and over again.  I get it.  It doesn't have to be that way.  Finding a lifestyle balance is possible, and having tools to breathe and flow through the roller coasters is key.  

I have 20+ years of experience as a Certified Massage Therapist/Bodyworker and Registered Yoga Teacher.  I have learned several self care key tips to help women find the right tools to handle lifestyle roller coasters.  With a background in fitness, nutrition and  self care techniques, my passion is to empower my clients with simple tips to incorporate movement, breath, mental health support, recipes and meal prep to find wellness solutions customized to their lifestyle.  

I live a married life, blessed with two adult children + Gus my cat! 
I enjoy + strive to be active, adventurous + prayerful + grateful.  I'm the girl to run for fun, be outside all day in hot summer weather, paddle board, hike, canoe, play board games, read, + learn as a student of life.  

My lifestyle guidance offers include wellness solutions customized with movement sessions, breath work, meditation, nutrition + fitness goals, product + lifestyle changes, mindset + goal achievement unique to your personal needs while growing through middle age.
